KCS Preset Timers stores your preset names, durations, selected sounds, and timer end times locally on your iPhone. If you import an audio file, the app copies and converts it into its private storage on your iPhone. The app uses this information to run timers, remember your presets, and schedule local timer notifications with your selected sound.
The app does not require an account and does not transmit your presets, timers, or imported audio to the developer. The current app does not include advertising, analytics, or third-party data collection software. The app does not sell or share your data with third parties. Local notifications are scheduled using iOS on your device; the app does not operate a notification server.
The app asks for iOS notification permission to show timer alerts and play notification sounds. You can change notification permissions in iPhone Settings. Notification appearance and sound playback also depend on your iPhone's notification, sound, and Focus settings.
Presets and timer records stay on your device until you delete them in the app or remove the app. Deleting a preset removes that preset's record, but does not automatically delete an imported sound file copied into the app. The current version does not provide a separate control to delete individual imported sound files. To remove all app data, including imported sounds, delete the app from your iPhone. If you restore your iPhone from a backup, iOS may restore app data according to your device backup settings.
If the app's privacy practices change, this page will be updated with a new effective date.
